Portal controls
Settings support email changes, verification, password changes and ending the current web session. Password changes invalidate earlier sessions. Clearing browser data does not delete the account or server content.
What to include
Identify the account by username or ID and describe your request: access, correction, cessation or deletion. Safe proof of ownership may be required to prevent action on somebody else's account. Do not attach passwords, session tokens or one-use links. An operational channel and request procedure must be defined before final documents are published.
Separate consents
Where consent is the processing basis, it must be separate from the user agreement and other confirmed documents. Marketing and dissemination of personal data require separate assessment and, where required by law, separate consents. A cookie information notice does not replace these steps.
