Draft rules for the SukaRise account portal and game functions, not a substitute for final service terms.
Account and access
The portal supports account sign-in, balance and subscription viewing, email and password changes, linking supported identity services and opening the installed game. It is not a browser version of the game. Keep passwords and confirmation links private and use only your own credentials and current email.
Content and interactions
Respect other players and their rights. Do not publish unlawful material, private information without a proper basis, threats, spam or infringing content. Rooms, chat, voice and Lua scripting do not authorize interference with other accounts, bypassing server restrictions or disrupting the service.
Virtual items
The server records inventory, balance and Premium. A number displayed on a page is not proof of payment or a monetary obligation. Editing a page locally cannot create items or subscriptions. Purchase and trade errors must be checked against server records.
Availability and changes
SukaRise is updated over time, so features may change and may require a compatible client. Paid-service terms are disclosed separately before payment; this notice does not remove mandatory consumer rights or statutory liability.
Adults only — 18+
SukaRise is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. Minors may not register, enter the game or use the service, including through another person's account. Users must provide accurate age information, must not bypass age restrictions and must not give minors access to their accounts. User messages may include profanity and discussions of alcohol and sexual topics, including references to prostitution. Chat moderation is limited: prior review of every message and the absence of unwanted content are not guaranteed. An adult rating does not permit content prohibited by law. Access identified as belonging to a minor is subject to termination. These restrictions and warnings do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms do not establish a blanket exemption from liability for access by minors.
Consents
Viewing a page is not blanket consent to data processing, marketing or publication of personal data. Age acknowledgement is not document verification and does not replace necessary access controls.
